Mack reviews None*

I have discovered something this week that has intrigued me, got me addicted and really frustrated me at the same time...the app None*.

What is None*? It is a mysterious quiz game app with no sounds, no pictures...just a black and white screen with cryptic riddles for you to solve. You are given a clue and a keyboard to type in your answers. That's it! You can guess as many times as you want and if you are anything like me, you will be guessing and guessing until you need cocktail sticks to keep your eyelids open!

None* was developed by some clever clogs in Greece called Dimitris Chassapakis and apparently, only 10% of players have reached level 50 (the highest level currently available). I have read that this summer, a further 50 levels will be released and will only be accessible to those who have reached level 50 of the the first version...but don't quote me on it!

I downloaded it from Googleplay as I'm on Android (but it is also available for you Windows and IPhone folk). Day 14 and I have only made it to level 20 with the help of family and friends. I know I have kind of cheated by begging for help but at least I have not Googled the answers (I have been told that spoilers are available online). Some levels have taken me days to solve. Rather bizarrely, the answer to level 13 popped into my head mid-shop in Tesco!

The first level...easy peasy!

Level problem! I feel clever!

Level!  Maybe this is not so easy!

Move over Candy Crush Saga, if you haven't tried None*, I recommend you download it (it's free) and try it! I somehow feel comfort in the fact that more people out there are just as frustrated and racking their brains as me!
